1. Oil Cleansing
Oil cleansing might sound like a cardinal sin to those who believe oil-free is the way to go for a sensible skin care regimen. However, if you have oily skin and you strip your skin of oils using an alcohol cleanser, then you're skin reacts by producing more oil to make up for that oil lost. This oily feedback can go into a vicious cycle.
